Therefore, a new position is being created within the commercial team of approximately 10 enthusiastic professionals. As a Business Analyst Sales, you will be part of a growing organization in the Netherlands and beyond.
This organization helps individuals and companies needing extra space with smart storage solutions, personalized advice, and a service that goes beyond just storage. The ambition is significant: to grow to 400 locations in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. This creates plenty of dynamism, entrepreneurship, and opportunities.
What you do
- Analyze the entire customer journey, from website visit to contract closing, and identify conversion drivers.
- Integrate data from various sources (GA4, Google Ads, Klaviyo, UTM-tracking) into one central insight.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Pricing.
- Analyze marketing performance and the relationship between marketing spend, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify optimization opportunities in website performance, customer behavior, and conversion processes.
- Conduct pricing and promotion analyses to improve revenue, conversion, and profitability.
- Develop forecasting and occupancy models to support commercial decision-making.
- Translate data into concrete recommendations for marketing, sales, and pricing strategies.
- Support growth in existing and new markets through market and performance analyses.
- Act as a central point of contact and knowledge expert in sales, marketing, and pricing analytics.
You report to the Head of the Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC).

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Marketing, Social Sciences
- Proficiency in Dutch and English languages
- Strong analytical skills, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset
