Under the direction of the product owner, you will manage and maintain ECM software in a DevOps manner, in collaboration with business analysts, functional administrators, application administrators, and test engineers. The goal is for the software to meet end-user requirements, ensuring optimal support for the organization's clients. You will actively contribute to a learning organization where reflection, feedback, and ownership are central.
What you will do.
- Manage and maintain ECM software (preferably IBM Filenet) and associated environments (Incident and Problem Management, authorization and certificate management, monitoring).
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade activities.
- Ensure management documentation is in order.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on information provision (applications and business processes organization-wide), identify bottlenecks in delivered information analyses, and propose alternative solutions.
- Make structural improvement proposals for information provision.
- Inform stakeholders about upcoming changes and build support for their implementation.
- Maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Develop SQL scripts for management activities.
- Perform Vulnerability Management, Baseline Information Security Government 2 (BIO2), and Life Cycle Management (LCM).
- Support test engineers in their activities.
- Actively participate in Agile sprint rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives).
- Translate technical improvements into backlog items (user stories).
