Do you want to use your experience not only as a company doctor but also pass it on to the next generation? After years as a company doctor, you have built up a lot of knowledge and experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use this not only for employees and employers but also for the development of other doctors. You combine your work as a company doctor with guiding AIOS (doctors in training) and play an active role in knowledge sharing and further development of an organization.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, contributes ideas, and enjoys building. If you are not yet a practical trainer, but have at least three years of experience as a registered company doctor and the ambition to take this step, there is also room within this recognized training environment to develop further.
What you do
- You remain active as a company doctor and advise employers on topics such as employability, reintegration, prevention, and sustainable employability.
- In addition, you guide AIOS in occupational medicine in their development and are a substantive sparring partner for doctors and colleagues.
- You contribute to knowledge sharing and quality development and work closely with work capacity specialists, case managers, and other company doctors.
- Within an organization, task delegation is actively practiced.
- In addition to your substantive role, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas on how the services and organization can further develop.

Profile
If you are already a practical trainer, you can combine this role directly with your activities as a company doctor. If not, we would still like to get in touch with you. For this path, we are looking for a registered company doctor with at least three years of experience, who gets energy from coaching, knowledge sharing, and guiding AIOS.
