What you do
- You handle complex environmental permit applications
- You coordinate activities within the team and monitor quality and progress
- You are responsible for processes such as Rx.Mission and Welstand
- You chair work meetings
- You manage work distribution
- You act as a point of contact for colleagues
- You advise multidisciplinary project groups and management within the physical domain
- You handle objection cases
- You contribute to process improvement
What they ask
- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as an environmental / spatial planning permit officer within a public sector organization
- Demonstrable work experience with the AWB (General Administrative Law Act) or demonstrably completed ABW 1 training
- Demonstrably available for 32 to 36 hours
Preferences.
- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in a legal field
- Demonstrably completed ABW 2 training
- Minimum of 7 years demonstrable work experience in the past 15 years as an environmental / spatial planning permit officer within a public sector organization
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a Senior permit officer
- Demonstrable work experience with VTH case management system
- Demonstrable work experience with Rx.Mission
