What you will do. The assignment involves developing, continuously improving, and implementing a coherent support offering for municipalities and regions. You will translate needs from practical implementation and relevant policy frameworks into usable, coherent, and future-proof products, instruments, and working methods. You will work according to an iterative and user-centered development cycle, continuously focusing on quality, coherence, and effectiveness.
Signals from practical implementation will be systematically used to improve and further develop the support offering. Additionally, you will play a coordinating role in connecting signals, knowledge, and products. You will contribute to a structured and sustainable working method within the team, with the aim of realizing a practically applicable and impactful support offering for municipalities and regions.
Activities and responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product portfolio: Design, continuously develop, and keep up-to-date a coherent portfolio of products, instruments, and knowledge provisions, such as guides, tools, meetings, and other forms of support, tailored to the needs of municipalities and regions.
- Gather and identify needs: Systematically gather, analyze, and translate needs, signals, and developments from municipalities, regions, and chain partners into concrete improvements and expansions of the support offering.
- Strengthen implementation and application: Promote the effective application of developed products and instruments in practice by municipalities and regions, including advice on appropriate deployment, working methods, and implementation.
- Monitor impact and quality: Monitor the usability, topicality, and effectiveness of the support offering and, based on this, manage quality, coherence, and continuous development.
- Organize connection and knowledge sharing: Connect signals, knowledge, and developments within the program and contribute to structured knowledge sharing and a consistent working method within the team.
- Manage execution: Independently manage your own activities, set priorities, identify opportunities, and proactively initiate improvements. In doing so, you will coordinate with involved colleagues, municipalities, and chain partners and ensure progress and coherence within the assignment.
- Contribute to professionalization: Actively contribute to the further development of the Implementation & Information field by further strengthening methodical, user-centered, and results-oriented work.

- Insight into usage, quality, and impact: Current insight into the usability, topicality, application, and effectiveness of the support offering.
- Evidence-based steering on continuous development: Advice to project management and leadership on the further development and improvement of the support offering, based on analyses, signals, and practical experiences.
- Strengthened working method and professionalization: A more consistent, sustainable, and methodical working method within the team and a strengthened positioning of the Implementation & Information field.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in organizational science, information science, or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an implementation & information advisor or in a comparable role focused on developing and implementing products, instruments, or knowledge provisions.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience, gained in assignments and/or projects, with developing, implementing, and continuously improving products or instruments.
- Demonstrable experience, gained in assignments and/or projects, with applying user-centered development methods such as Design Thinking, Behavioral Design, or comparable methodologies.
