A recruitment agency is looking for a QA Specialist for an organization. You will be responsible for ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance. You will act as a key quality partner for clients, commercial departments, and internal stakeholders, advising on quality and compliance issues. You will also coordinate complaints, quality incidents, escalations, and root cause analyses, perform risk analyses, and support audits, certifications, and innovation projects.
Additionally, you will work closely with R&D, Packaging, Sustainability, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
What you do
- Monitor the quality, food safety, and compliance of products within the organization.
- Coordinate complaints, quality incidents, and escalations, perform root cause analyses, and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary QA contact for clients, commercial departments, and internal stakeholders, and advise on quality issues.
- Support client audits, questionnaires, and technical documentation, and maintain contacts with clients and certifying bodies.
