What you do
As an HR Advisor, you are the point of contact for Business Unit Managers and line managers. You support them with issues in the field of individual performance, absenteeism, and performance management. You actively think along about solutions, strengthen HR quality, and contribute to a healthy and professional organizational culture. You work closely with the HR Business Partner for the Digital Government division.
You reinforce each other: you focus on casework, the development of HR processes, a pleasant working atmosphere, and advising managers, while the Business Partner monitors the strategic HR course. Together, you ensure a strong, future-proof HR approach within the business.
- Drawing up and guiding individual improvement plans
- Supporting frequent absenteeism cases and advising according to laws and regulations
- Supporting performance management, including advice to managers
- Proactively identifying HR trends, bottlenecks
- Implementing or improving HR processes within the division
- Substantively contributing to and leading HR projects
What they ask
- HBO degree in HRM
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, or 5-7 years of experience in a supporting HR role and ready for a next step
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to switch at all levels in the organization
- Analytically skilled and able to recognize patterns and underlying problems
- Proactive, self-starter, and entrepreneurial, someone who identifies and seizes opportunities
