As a Hard HR Expert, you support temporary projects within local governments and ensure correct and efficient personnel and payroll administration.

What you do

Process the complete payroll for statutory and contractual employees within local governments
Manage and follow up on personnel files, including career, absences, pension, and end-of-career files
Advise managers and employees on salary simulations, legislation, work schedules, and social legislation
Prepare and follow up on payments and reporting to internal and external bodies
Contribute to the optimization of HR and payroll processes
Provide advice on procedures and regulations within your domain

What they ask

Experience with hard HR and payroll within a local government or a similar context
Very good knowledge of social legislation and regulations within the public sector
Familiarity with classic local government software (e.g., Cevi, Cipal, eHRM, Vlimpers)
Analytical, accurate, and able to communicate clearly with employees and managers
Ability to work independently and be flexible according to the needs of the local government
A proactive and solution-oriented attitude

An engaging and varied assignment with social impact within local governments (or sometimes other public organizations) through temporary projects
