An organization is separating part of its business, which requires several sites to be fully carved out. We are looking for someone to lead and coordinate the infrastructure and application workstreams throughout this process. You will act as the link between the business and IT teams across infrastructure and applications, making sure the different parts of the migration are properly planned, aligned and delivered.
The role requires someone who can manage multiple stakeholders, navigate both business and technical discussions, and be onsite during key migration periods.
What you do
- Lead the IT carve-out across several EMEA sites
- Coordinate application impact, migration timing, maintenance windows and cutovers
- Oversee application and infrastructure migration planning and readiness
- Manage risks, issues and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Travel onsite for key migration periods

- Senior IT project management experience in complex environments
- Experience with IT infrastructure projects
- Strong business and IT stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, structured and able to quickly understand complex situations

- Experience working in matrix organisations, coordinating teams that are not fully dedicated to your project
- Willing to travel occasionally
