- Investigate company-wide processes, information needs, and improvement opportunities
- Translate these into concrete improvement proposals
- Connect operational processes to costs, budgets, performance, and management information
- Map processes and dependencies within planning, workshop, execution, support services
- Analyze bottlenecks in collaboration, steering, and information provision
- Advise on improvements in process design, management information, budget monitoring, and management reports
- Conduct independent discussions with management and employees

- Minimum HBO bachelor level education
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable work experience as a business analyst, business controller, or similar advisory role within a complex organization
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable work experience at a senior level in business analysis, business operations, and business control
- Demonstrable work experience in translating operational processes into management information, management reports, or improvement proposals
- Demonstrable work experience in linking business operations to financial effects (e.g., connecting operational processes to costs, budgets, performance, or efficiency improvements)
- Demonstrable work experience with stakeholder management at tactical and strategic levels
- Use of own laptop and phone (BYOD)
Wensen
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable work experience as a senior business analyst or business controller with organization-wide improvement assignments
