Be the driving force of the branch, managing everything perfectly and representing the organization in the region.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an educational institution branch.
Lead a team of teachers.
Together with your team, ensure that adult students achieve their best daily.
Elevate the results and pedagogical quality of the branch to a higher level.
Motivate and inspire your team to challenge students and support them in an inclusive environment.
Actively contribute to building a modern, energetic, and development-oriented branch.
Ensure that both students and teachers enjoy coming to your branch every day.
Point of contact for colleagues from the service office (HR, recruitment, facilities, planning, student administration, education development, and examination).
Represent the organization in your region to external organizations, such as internship companies.
Reports directly to the director.

What you do

Ensure an optimal student and employee experience.
Formulate tactical and qualitative objectives for the branch based on the national annual plan and translate these into actions and targets.
Involve your team in the organization's goals and decisions, inspiring them and making them co-owners.
Participate in cross-branch projects, in collaboration with fellow branch managers and team coaches from the service office.
Support teachers and co-execute in special student-related matters such as absenteeism, complaints or problems, special requests, or student situations.
Ensure the right employees are in the right place in your team, including conducting job interviews, onboarding, coaching and guiding employees, conducting development and appraisal interviews, and absenteeism guidance.
Maintain contacts with clients, industry associations, internship companies, and professional groups, and actively monitor educational and market developments.
Conduct periodic caseload discussions with teachers and supervisors, as well as performing lesson visits and student panels.
Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of information sessions and open days, introduction weeks, admission tests, tests, and exams.
Manage labor costs and product consumption in your branch.
Performs duties under the direction of and in consultation with the director.
Participates in various internal consultation forums and reports to the director on the results of the activities.
