What you do
- Sparring partner and adviser to managers and senior management on organizational development, leadership, and individual and team issues.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategic HR plans and organizational issues.
- Initiate, oversee, and implement organizational and change processes.
- Help shape the HR agenda and take responsibility for the successful implementation of HR policy.
- Take a leading role on strategic HR themes such as leadership, social safety, organizational development, cultural change, and talent development.
- Participate in various HR domains and act as a domain owner or project leader within one of the five HR domains: Talent Attraction, People Growth, People Services, Organisational Development, and Culture.
- Link HR policy, organizational objectives, and practice, and identify opportunities for further professionalization of the organization and its services.

Profile
- Higher vocational education (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking.
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR adviser.
- Experience in a complex project organization is an advantage.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
Practical
- You will join a dedicated HR team comprising five HR Business Partners and the Head of HR.
- Together with HR Services and specialists from the Centre of Expertise, you will form a team of fourteen colleagues.
- Your base will be in one location, and you will regularly visit other locations.
- Focus on current topics such as organizational development, leadership, labor market challenges, well-being, and career development.
