Project Manager Social Real Estate

• Take responsibility for challenging and socially relevant projects, such as new construction for primary and secondary schools.
• Collaborate with and lead an integral project team responsible for the entire trajectory of complex projects.
• Collaborate with executive management and supervision.
• Report to administrative and political clients.
• Work according to a standardized project management methodology.
• Maintain contacts and conduct consultations with various stakeholders, including residents and market parties.
• Negotiate with external parties.
• Coordinate and monitor the integrity of projects and programs within the organization.
• Independently formulate advice for management and the board.
• Share knowledge and experience with other project managers within the project office.
• Actively contribute to the professionalization of the team and project-based work, including guiding a junior project manager.

• Experience with the development and construction of social real estate.

• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.

What they ask

• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a project manager within a government organization.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience with the preparation and/or realization of social real estate, such as schools, sports facilities, cultural facilities, or similar public buildings.
• Demonstrable work experience with stakeholder management, collaborating with administrators, residents, social organizations, school boards, and/or market parties.
• Agreement with secondment conditions.

Preferences.

• Minimum of a completed HBO bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or Spatial Development.
• Demonstrable work experience with politically and administratively sensitive projects and advising management, directors, and/or the board.
• Demonstrable work experience with stakeholder management, bringing together various interests.
• Demonstrable work experience as a real estate project manager in collaboration with executive management and supervision.
