Supervisor

• Supervise the contractor's work.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to planning, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Monitor the legality and efficiency of deployed resources in accordance with the specifications and agreements made.
• Ensure correct and timely project administration, including progress registration and contract administration.
• Check for quality, safety (OHS), contractual agreements, and laws and regulations.

• Close collaboration with the project director, contractors, and any stakeholders.
• Technical insight, accuracy, and communication skills to identify peculiarities in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate activities, wishes, and planning with involved parties.
• Close collaboration with project managers and ensure good coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain contacts with asset managers, municipalities, contractors, and other external parties.
• Be a recognizable point of contact at the project locations.
• Identify deviations and peculiarities and discuss them in a timely manner with the project director.

What they ask

• Minimum MBO 4 diploma, preferably in Road and Hydraulic Engineering.

Preferences.

• Some work experience with new construction projects in rural and/or urban areas.
