This role extends beyond classic analysis. You are expected to support the operational functioning of applications in addition to analysis. You will work on systems managed by external partners and on internal tools used by various departments, such as Power Platform solutions. You will analyze needs with IT impact, translate them into concrete adjustments, follow up on incidents and production problems, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external IT partners, and suppliers.
This position combines analysis with operational support. You must be comfortable switching between requirements analysis, testing, incident follow-up, production support, supplier coordination, and limited functional or technical application management.
What you will do.
- Analyzing and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements
- Translating functional needs into clear specifications for internal and external IT partners
- Investigating, following up on, and helping to resolve incidents and production problems
- Executing, preparing, and coordinating tests and quality controls
- Following up on changes, releases, and operational questions regarding applications
- Coordinating with external IT partners and suppliers on analyses, incidents, changes
- Taking on limited functional and technical management activities where necessary
- Contributing to monitoring data quality and information security
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a broad functional-operational role within an IT context
- AZ900 certification or knowledge of Azure cloud setup is a plus
- Willingness to work beyond analysis alone, including testing, incident follow-up, changes, and limited management activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are hands-on, take responsibility, and can independently investigate and follow up on operational questions
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Team player with an eye for detail and quality
