Cluster Manager Kiosk Group
In the various retail and hospitality concepts, everything revolves around hospitality and offering a pleasant experience to travelers. At the Kiosk, travelers can get a nice cup of coffee, fresh croissants, healthy salads, and snacks. In the Station Living Room, you create a warm and inviting place where travelers feel at home. As a cluster manager, you are ultimately responsible for multiple locations. You manage a team of at least 50 employees. Due to the size of the locations and teams, your role is complex.
You switch daily between operations, team development, commercial results, and contact with stakeholders. You maintain intensive contact with safety partners and other involved parties. You also anticipate busy moments due to events, traveler peaks, and disruptions. This way, you ensure your stores keep running and travelers are well-assisted.
What you will do.
- You are ultimately responsible for a team of floor managers and employees at multiple locations within your cluster
- You create a positive working atmosphere and know how to motivate your teams
- You ensure good planning and distribution of tasks
- You conduct interviews such as selection, development, and absenteeism interviews and apply HR policy
- You monitor compliance with procedures and safety regulations
- You analyze revenue and cost results and translate them into strategic solutions for lasting success
Profile
- You have extensive experience of at least 3 years as an ultimately responsible manager in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment and are accustomed to achieving commercial and operational goals
- You have an eye for talent and development. You guide employees and managers in their growth and ensure strong collaboration within the cluster.
- You are results-oriented and think ahead. You use data to track results, identify trends, and implement improvements in your stores
- You easily switch between strategy and practice. You oversee the entire cluster, ensure smooth work processes, and that work is done safely according to regulations
- You feel involved with the station environment and actively contribute to a positive experience for travelers and colleagues
- You remain flexible and stress-resistant in a constantly changing environment
Practical
- You are flexibly deployable both during the week and on weekends.
- Your schedule can be self-arranged, but it is important that you work at least 1 day a week on the shop floor.
- A reference check and the creation of a competency profile are part of the application procedure.
