- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
- You have experience in the banking or insurance sector.
- You are entrepreneurial and want to build your own office, without the uncertainty of a completely new start-up.
- You listen attentively and can empathize well with the client's situation.
- You work accurately, are stress-resistant, and like to take responsibility.
- You have strong communication skills and easily build trust.
- You are digitally skilled and work smoothly with various software applications.
