Structure, appropriate care, meaningful daily activities, and a homely atmosphere are important.
What you do
As a personal support worker, you play an important role in supporting the client.
- Responsible for drafting, implementing, evaluating, and adjusting care and support plans
- Maintains contacts with the social network and involved disciplines
- Organizes discussions and ensures good coordination of support
- Supports clients in the areas of living, life, and undertaking activities
- Responsible for household and organizational tasks, together with colleagues
Profile
- Holds a care-related MBO level 4 diploma
- Willing to work irregular shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays (no night shifts)
- Has a sense of responsibility
- Has an open and enthusiastic attitude
- Provides guidance with a warm and understanding approach
- Is flexible
Practical
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG), reference checks, and requesting information from the Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate are part of the selection procedure.
