What you will do.
- You are a natural leader, guiding and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver the production plan.
- You make things happen, turning weekly planning into a clear daily schedule and deploying the right people and resources to get the job done.
- As a coach and motivator, you ensure flawless execution, support your team's growth, and directly impact the success of our operations.
- In this role, you report to the Operations Manager and Operations Director.
Profile
- You are both a leader and a team player, able to inspire while collaborating with others.
- You bring expertise, holding a Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics with 3-5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
- You have strong people management skills and the drive to take on new challenges with confidence.
- You are analytical and resilient, thriving under pressure and keeping a sharp focus on deadlines.
- You are communicative and fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- You are flexible, ready to work in shifts (Monday to Friday: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm).
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit.
