You will combine backend development, platform engineering, security, and AI integrations. You will work within a specialized engineering team and be given the freedom to independently design, develop, and bring technical solutions to production. What you will do.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services with Go (Golang).
- Design distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Build APIs and integrations between internal applications, AI models, and external tools.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI functionalities within the platform.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Automate deployments and manage Linux and container environments.
- Optimize the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of the platform.
- Contribute to technical architecture, automation, and platform improvements.
Profile
You are a hands-on engineer with a strong background in backend development and platform technology.
What they ask
- Medior to senior experience as a Platform Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Strong programming knowledge of Golang, preferably in production environments.
- Experience with API development, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, token management, and security principles.
- Practical experience with Linux, containers, and modern deployment processes.
- Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
Nice-to-haves.
- Experience with LLM APIs, AI integrations, and tool calling.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with self-hosted AI models and GPU infrastructure.
- Knowledge of AI agents and workflow automation.
