Agentic Automation Test Engineer

You will apply your ingenious expertise to the transition from traditional cloud to autonomous AI platforms. You will own the automated test platform and CI infrastructure, ensuring teams can continue to release at maximum speed.

What you do

  • You design the test framework, manage the test data lifecycle, and build a stable, cross-team smoke suite that works across markets in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Germany.
  • You are a tech-lead and sparring partner, coaching and supporting teams in writing their own local E2E tests within your platform.
  • You convert exploratory test findings into robust automated regression coverage.
  • You calibrate confidence within the transition to fully autonomous product development.

  • Testing & CI Infrastructure: E2E test frameworks, CI/CD test gates, Test data lifecycles, Docker, Terraform.
  • Core Cloud Services: AW, SNS, SQS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway.
  • Development & Data: PHP (Laravel), Vue.js (Nuxt.js), TypeScript, JavaScript, MySQL, OpenSearch.
  • Collaboration & AI-tools: Claude, Linear, Confluence, Slack.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, seeking connection with product teams and QA colleagues.
  • A proactive 'working foreman' with an independent work attitude, not afraid to dive deep into 'flake discipline' to tackle test problems at the root.
  • A strong driver who rigorously sets up and monitors the CI test phases.
  • Analytically minded, eager to learn, and always up-to-date with the latest techniques.
  • Experience in software development or software testing, with demonstrable experience in setting up robust test platform architectures.
