You will work for a supporting organization dedicated to peace and security. Within this organization, you will play an important role in information provision for an educational institution that trains young officers. You will be the point of contact for IT and information management related questions and help realize ambitions in educational innovation. You will identify improvements in business operations and provide adequate support with IT and information management solutions.
What you will do.
- Translate user needs into practical IT solutions.
- Support the implementation of information management processes.
- Examples of solutions: deployment of mobile applications (apps), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), low-code development, setting up dashboards with management information (MS Power BI), setting up company-specific SharePoint sites.
- Analyze data flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to make information provision more efficient and future-proof.
- Support the development and management of policies and standards in data management, archiving, and information security.
- Be an important point of contact for colleagues and managers regarding information systems, digital collaboration, and guidelines for information management.
Profile
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and communicatively skilled.
- Able to collaborate well and bring structure to your work.
- Understanding of administrative relationships and the importance of reliable and secure information within a government organization.
- Social skills and visible decisiveness to build trust and guide organizations through change processes.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Business Administration or Information Science.
- Experience with information management, process analysis, and IT support in a complex organization.
Preferences.
- Experience with methodologies such as BiSL, ITIL, or Prince2.

- Dutch nationality is required.
