A specialized treatment and expertise center for psychotrauma care is looking for a master psychologist for its outpatient clinic. The work is methodical and uses scientifically proven effective trauma treatments. The outpatient clinic treats clients once or twice a week with individual focal trauma treatments. The multidisciplinary team is driven and has a strong passion for the profession and the target group.
The clinic is divided into three specialized sub-teams: one focused on regular trauma, one on the treatment of veterans, and one with a focus on the post-war generation. As a master psychologist, you will be part of the team specialized in treating the regular target group.
What you will do.
- Conduct intakes and diagnostics
- Provide psychoeducation to clients
- Treat clients with (complex) PTSD using, among others, EMDR and Imaginal Exposure (IE)
- Participate in multidisciplinary consultations (MDO), policy team meetings, intervision
- Receive professional guidance from a GZ-psychologist (healthcare psychologist)
What they ask
- Experience in treating PTSD in specialized mental health care (SGGZ)
- Completed the basic CBT course (100 hours) and an additional 50-hour follow-up course on PTSD and/or EMDR training
- In possession of a valid LOGO statement
- Willingness to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
