Personal Supervisor

LimburgHybrid30 hours/week<3months

This assignment focuses on supporting vulnerable people to regain control over their lives. You will work in a protected residential facility where participants with a history of homelessness, psychiatric vulnerabilities, active addiction, and sometimes a judicial background reside.

What you will do.

  • You will help vulnerable people climb their own mountain step by step, so they regain perspective and take control of their lives.
  • You will be a discussion partner and a motivator who encourages them to make positive choices.
  • You will manage your caseload and co-decide on care planning.
  • You will apply your expertise within clear frameworks and work methodically and purposefully on recovery-oriented care.
  • You will create structure, offer opportunities and perspective, and guide people towards an existence as independent as possible.

Your responsibilities.

  • Individual guidance: You build a professional, trusting relationship with participants and coach them in making positive choices.
  • Tailored care: You draw up a personal care plan with the participant, translating wishes, needs, and goals into concrete actions.
  • Recovery-oriented work: You stimulate growth and self-direction, and support the development of skills for meaningful daily activities and future prospects.
  • Pleasant living environment: You actively contribute to a stable, protected living environment where participants feel seen and heard.
  • Building bridges: towards independent living, society, and chain partners, to enable participants to (re)participate.

Profile

  • You have completed a relevant HBO-level education (Social Work, SPH, MWD, Nursing, etc.).
  • You work in a connecting way and have an affinity with this specific target group.
  • You are resilient, able to work independently and collaboratively with a driven team.
  • Flexible working is not a problem for you: you work irregular shifts (no night shifts), within a schedule always known two months in advance, and have a fixed day off weekly.
  • You are a Christian (Catholic, Protestant, or otherwise) and can articulate what that means to you.

What we offer.

  • Growth opportunities: With a career budget and an internal academy, there are ample opportunities for growth.
  • Positive work atmosphere: Good team dynamics, room for consultation, feedback, and respectful collaboration.
  • Stability: A one-year agreement with the intention to convert it into a permanent contract.
  • Leave: 170 leave hours for a full-time contract (36 hours).
  • Travel allowance: Kilometer allowance, NS Business Card, bicycle plan.
  • Extras: Individual choice budget (8.3% year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance), pension accrual, and sports budget.
