Recruitment Consultant

Have you gained your first professional experience in recruitment and want to grow further in the field? As a Recruitment Consultant, you will gradually build your own candidate and client network. You will guide candidates, learn to sharpen recruitment needs, and also develop the commercial side of a 360-degree recruitment role. You work independently, but receive clear onboarding, a fixed methodology, direct guidance, and a specific platform as a basis.

What you will do.

• Actively search for and approach suitable candidates
• Screen, interview, and carefully follow up on candidates
• Professionally and substantiated present candidates to employers
• Collaborate on vacancy intakes and translate recruitment needs into a clear search assignment
• Gradually build new client relationships
• Guide the entire process from first contact to interview, offer
• Correctly register activities, appointments, and statuses in a specific platform
• Work according to a specific methodology, quality agreements, and privacy rules

What they ask

• You have initial relevant professional experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (guideline 1 to 3 years)
• You enjoy working with candidates and also want to develop your commercial skills
• You take initiative, communicate professionally, and meticulously follow up on agreements
• You work as a self-employed person or are willing to correctly start a self-employed activity
• You are familiar with digital tools and consistently register your work
• You are fluent in Dutch at C1 level
• French is a plus
• A network or good knowledge of the region is an asset
