- Guide, coordinate, and actively help build an innovative care concept.
- A care organization is expanding its childcare support groups and educational support groups.
- Create small-scale groups where children receive the support they need to develop optimally.
- The groups are located within childcare facilities and schools.
- Childcare support groups (2-4 years) guide children with additional support needs in development, behavior, learning, and social skills.
- Educational support groups (4-7 years) are being established within regular primary schools for children requiring additional support.
What you do
- Daily guidance of children in their development based on safety, structure, proximity, and trust.
- Create a positive pedagogical climate.
- Coordinate daily operations within the group.
- Contribute ideas on group compositions and appropriate development trajectories.
- Maintain close contact with parents, pedagogical staff, teachers, and other involved professionals.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as the Parent and Child Team (OKT).
- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement within care provision.
- Contribute to the further development and expansion of educational and childcare support groups.
Profile
- Completed HBO education (e.g., Social Work, Pedagogy, or a comparable care education).
- Preferably a valid SKJ registration or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience with or affinity for children with developmental or support needs.
- Strong communicative and coordinating skills.
- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Conviction that every child has the right to a place where they can safely develop and participate.
Practical
- Day shifts only, no evenings, nights, or weekends.
