We are looking for a driven Project Manager to strengthen a team within an innovative project crucial for reducing CO2 emissions. Your direct task is to support project management with daily tasks and responsibilities, and to ensure the availability of necessary steering information. You achieve this by managing information flows across various dossiers and translating detailed information to the desired information level. You play a key role in achieving sustainable objectives within a project organization.
The project focuses on transporting and storing CO2 from industry in depleted gas fields under the North Sea. The CO2 captured by various companies will be delivered to a pipeline in a port area, pressurized in a compressor station, and then transported via an offshore pipeline to a platform in the North Sea. From this platform, the CO2 will be pumped into a sealed reservoir of porous sandstone, more than 3 km under the North Sea.
The project is expected to store approximately 2.5 million tons of CO2 per year starting from the second half of 2027. Work is carried out in multidisciplinary teams from various parent companies.

- Demonstrable coordinating and functional directing/leadership skills within a project organization
- Able to both “hands-on” and proactively identify problems and offer solutions, as well as implement process improvements in the ongoing organization
- Demonstrable experience with verification and validation of requirements within a project environment
- VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Strongly developed collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Preferences.
- Completed university (WO) level of work and thinking, for example in Business Administration or a technical education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or project control in the energy sector, CC(U)S sector or similar, and solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
