A government organization is taking the next step in using Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and process automation. Many colleagues now have Copilot, and general training sessions have been organized. We are now focusing on concrete applications that save teams time, improve processes, and support employees in their daily work.
Therefore, we are looking for a specialist who combines technology, training, and advice. You investigate what teams need and translate their activities into practical solutions within the Microsoft platform. Sometimes you help a team to better use Copilot Chat. Other times, you develop custom training, build an agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio, or set up a supportive Power Automate flow.
You not only ensure that solutions work technically, but you also make them understandable, test them carefully, and transfer them properly. This way, you help the organization to continuously build knowledge and experience.
What you do
- Develop and provide team-specific customized training (on average two per month)
- Delve into the work of teams and create practical training with recognizable examples
- Emphasize effective and responsible use of Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and, where relevant, available agents and Notebooks
- Develop and provide training on Agent Builder, teaching employees how to independently build simple agents for personal or clearly defined applications
- Clarify the boundary between what employees can create themselves and which issues need to be developed with IT in Copilot Studio
- Take over general Copilot training when internal trainers are unavailable
- Give demonstrations to users, administrators, management teams, and other stakeholders
- Consider transfer and management in everything you create
- Develop reusable training material, user manuals, work instructions, exercises, FAQs, demonstration material, and short instructional videos
- Document design choices, configurations, dependencies, risks, and management aspects
- Map the needs, work processes, and bottlenecks of teams
- Translate user questions into concrete and workable solutions
- Design, build, test, and maintain agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop simple, clearly defined agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder
- Analyze and resolve errors in agents, flows
- Process user feedback and improve existing solutions
- Adapt instructions, knowledge sources, actions
- Test solutions together with employees from the organization
- Support the implementation of new agents and automations
- Monitor relevant developments within the Microsoft platform and assess their added value

You give colleagues confidence to work with Copilot and AI agents and help them to build more and more knowledge themselves. - Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience within a government organization
Preferences.
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in designing, building, testing, and maintaining agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing user needs and work processes and translating them into concrete, workable digital solutions
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving errors in agents, flows
- Minimum of 2 years experience with team-specific customized training, demonstrations, and practical training
- Experience in training employees at all levels
- Demonstrable experience in developing reusable training and instructional material for end-users and/or administrators
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Power Automate, or can convincingly argue that he/she quickly masters new applications and automation tools
