As a coordinator, you will lead the customized work companies of an inclusive entrepreneurship organization and support operations in the Flemish provinces. You coach teams, monitor results, build customer relationships, and structure a broad operation with activities in renovation, green and woodworking, a washing facility for reusable cups, and the guidance of individuals serving community service sentences. We are looking for a decisive, coaching leader with commercial acumen and an eye for new opportunities.
What you will do.
- Lead operations and team members: coach and manage project and team leaders and administrative staff, and serve as a point of contact for workshop leaders, workplace supervisors, coaches, and interns.
- Further develop the branch, create an annual action plan, and ensure clear agreements, structure, and a workable and efficient organizational culture.
- Monitor market developments, identify opportunities, follow tenders, actively prospect, and build sustainable customer relationships.
- Represent the organization as an ambassador, build partnerships, and maintain smooth internal contacts with colleagues from other departments.
- Manage figures and quality: manage and analyze financial results, monitor budgets, and adjust where necessary in consultation with management, and ensure quality requirements are met.

- Experience in leadership and the ability to inspire and guide teams based on values and vision.
- Coaching and decisive style.
- Entrepreneurial: take initiative to approach (potential) customers and dare to make decisions to ensure projects and services run smoothly.
- Strong analytical skills: able to prepare and monitor project and annual budgets.
- Flexible regarding travel: regularly travel to various workplaces in the region and to the head office in the capital (twice a month).
