What you will do.
- Fulfill an important role within the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Be involved in diagnostics, indication setting, and treatment of clients with diverse and often complex psychological problems.
- Focus on the person behind the request for help.
- Be co-responsible for the quality and content of care as a primary practitioner and treatment coordinator.
- Develop treatment policies and monitor the progress of treatment trajectories.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines to realize appropriate and effective care.
- Encourage clients to take control of their own process from a recovery-oriented vision.
- Actively contribute to team development by guiding colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a professional and learning work environment.
- Guide future healthcare professionals, as various healthcare institutions offer training positions.
Profile
- BIG-registered GZ-Psychologist (healthcare psychologist).
- Relevant work experience within mental health care (GGZ).
- Analytical, decisive, and possessing strong communication skills.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and takes responsibility for the quality of care.
