- Depending on your contract size, you can respond to open shifts yourself or receive a schedule in advance.

What you do
- You have the choice: either respond to open shifts yourself or receive a pre-arranged schedule.
- You work in the hospital on a department to cover for illness or due to a high care demand.
- This may include departments such as Surgery, Internal Medicine/MDL, Pulmonology, Orthopedics/Gynecology/Urology, Cardiology/Neurology.
- You perform actions that belong to the specific specialty and fit within the nursing process.
Profile
- You hold an MBO or HBO nursing diploma.
- You are BIG-registered.
- You are vaccinated against Hepatitis B or are willing to be vaccinated.
- You can work independently and action-oriented.
- You have good communication and social skills.
- You are flexible and available for all shifts.
- Work experience in a hospital is desired.
Practical
- You receive holiday pay in May and an end-of-year bonus in December, both 8.33%.
- You choose whether to receive your holiday pay and/or end-of-year bonus monthly or annually.
- The position is classified in FWG 45. Salary classification depends on your education and work experience.
- Contract hours between 16-28 hours are negotiable, depending on your situation and flexibility.
- A temporary contract is offered with the intention to convert it into a permanent contract upon good performance.
- You can count on excellent employment conditions according to the Hospital Collective Labor Agreement (CAO Ziekenhuizen), such as travel expenses and leave days, as well as automatic pension accrual and collective health insurance.
- You choose your additional employment conditions (MKA-scheme care) and benefit from internal advantages.
- You are encouraged to work on your personal development goals, with support from an internal academy.
