Trajectory Manager Digital Education Strategy
As a trajectory manager for Digital Education Strategy, you will guide the digital development of education within an academic medical center. You will work on the implementation of the digital education strategy, ensuring that ambitions are translated into concrete results. You will connect various disciplines, maintain an overview of the trajectories, and ensure that teams know what is needed to make progress together. You operate at the intersection of strategy, education, and digitalization.
With a keen eye for coherence, progress, and priorities, you will structure a broad portfolio of digital developments. You will easily switch between different stakeholders and know how to connect strategy and execution. In this way, you will visibly contribute to future-proof and well-organized education.
What you do
You will coordinate digitalization trajectories from the roadmap and work as a scrum master on the renewal of a master's program. You will facilitate agile collaboration between the program directorate, the core team, and the educational clusters. The trajectories focus on, among other things:
- The acquisition and implementation of an e-portfolio for a bachelor's program.
- A management system for the PDCA cycle of study programs.
- The migration of a curriculum information system.
- The unlocking of educational data and the development of dashboards and reports.
- User-friendly recording software for clinical skills education.
- The renewal of a master's program, where you, as a scrum master, guide weekly starts, sprint planning, and reviews.
Your responsibilities.
- You will guide complex agile trajectories and ensure good coordination.
- You will help translate innovation trajectories into clear epics, priorities, and concrete results.
- You will monitor goals, KPIs, dependencies, and progress.
- You will keep stakeholders and portfolio managers engaged and well-informed.
- You will form the connecting link between strategy and execution.
Profile
You easily maintain an overview in complex trajectories and know how to connect different interests. You work in a structured and agile manner, have an eye for quality and processes, and easily switch between different departments and stakeholders. Additionally, you bring:
- A completed relevant HBO or university degree.
- Experience in a coordinating role in projects, preferably within higher education and/or IT.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and an agile working method.
- Persuasiveness and the ability to involve people in changes.
- A 'can-do' mentality with a solution- and results-oriented attitude.
- Organizational sensitivity and integrity.
- Experience with agile working.
Practical
You will work at the Education and Student Affairs department within the Research and Education directorate. This department organizes and supports (post-)academic education within the medical center, including curriculum development, quality assurance, study advice, planning, scheduling, education administration, and student and lecturer support. You will work for various study programs, including advanced nursing programs, research master's, and various specialized study programs.
You will work in a professional, social, and service-oriented environment where collaboration, commitment, and collegiality are central. In your role, you will interact with education professionals, IT specialists, students, external academic partners, suppliers, and other partners.
