Effective AI models rely on well-executed inspections and reliable data. As an Inspection Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the entire field operation, from converting client data into routes and schedules to guiding inspectors, checking coverage, and preparing data for analysis.
What you do
- Planning operations: analyzing client data, setting up inspection areas and routes, coordinating schedules, and adapting priorities.
- Managing inspectors: recruiting, briefing, answering questions, solving practical issues, and tracking progress.
- Closing gaps: checking recorded routes and results for coverage and completeness, identifying missed locations, and organizing targeted follow-up routes.
- Converting files into usable data: combining and checking spreadsheets and source files, tracking kilometers and milestones, and coordinating with technical colleagues.
- Owning and improving delivery: keeping recurring projects on track, preparing clear updates, flagging issues early, and optimizing planning and workflows.
What they ask
- Organized, precise, and proactive, comfortable working with large amounts of data.
- Proficient with large spreadsheets (Excel; CSV): able to combine files, spot gaps, and clearly explain findings.
- Solid understanding of Python, running scripts, and interpreting results.
- Experience with GIS systems is a plus.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals, from field inspectors to technical colleagues and external clients.
- Work experience in operations, planning, project coordination, and/or data processing.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Eager to learn new skills and possess a healthy curiosity about automation and AI.
