Radiologist

Two enthusiastic, broadly oriented radiologists are sought for expansion and replacement within a growing and modern Radiology department.

• The organizational unit Radiology and Nuclear Medicine currently consists of 12 (nuclear) radiologists.
• Value is placed on diversity and a pleasant intercollegiate atmosphere with short lines of communication to fellow specialists and general practitioners.
• Active participation in a hand/wrist center and sports polyclinic.
• Active involvement in the hospital organization and the medical specialist company, including roles in national professional associations and pension funds for medical specialists.
• The department features modern equipment, including a high-end cardiac CT-scanner, two modern MRI-scanners, a 5-ring digital PET-CT scanner, a 16-slice SPECT-CT scanner, four ultrasound rooms, and a state-of-the-art mammography tomosynthesis and biopsy system.
• There is a clear vision on the use of AI to make work more enjoyable and sustainable.
• All radiologists have a fully equipped PACS workstation at home.

What they ask

• An RGS registered, or soon-to-be registered, radiologist.
• Special expertise in at least one sub-area of radiology, preferably abdominal radiology, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, or mammography.
• Interest in other sub-areas, such as cardiothoracic or MSK radiology, is a recommendation.
• Willingness to further develop within the professional group and organization.
• A pleasant colleague and an excellent team player.
