You play a crucial role in the development and implementation of IT solutions within an organization. You work closely with various stakeholders, from business to developers, to ensure that systems perfectly align with the organization's needs. You translate complex business requirements into clear, concrete functional analyses and user stories.
What you will do.
- Develop functional analyses and user stories from A to Z
- Understand in-depth business needs and translate them into clear specifications for development teams
- Coach and guide junior analysts
Profile
- Extensive experience as an IT Analyst
- Proven experience with various analytical tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, SQL, and project management software (e.g., JIRA)
- Knowledge and experience with specific IT processes and systems related to payroll, HR processes, and associated legislation is a plus
- A bridge-builder who communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Functions excellently within an agile team and proactively contributes to an open and collaborative work environment
- Good command of Dutch
