What you do
As a Service & Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for the daily planning of service technicians. Together with colleagues from the helpdesk, you ensure efficient scheduling of maintenance work and service orders. Your tasks include:
- Planning preventive maintenance and service work
- Making appointments with customers
- Optimal deployment of approximately 20 service technicians
- Monitoring travel distances, material availability, and required professional disciplines
- Adjusting the planning when situations change
- Maintaining contact with customers, technicians
- After an induction period, participating in the periodic breakdown services of the helpdesk
What they ask
- Minimum MBO level 4 diploma
- Experience as a planner, for example in transport, service
- Good communication skills
- Stress-resistant and able to prioritize well
- Accurate and maintains an overview
