A social organization is looking for a Microsoft 365 Functional Administrator to optimally support and continuously improve systems. You will be the link between users, processes, and technology, ensuring a reliable, secure, and user-friendly digital workplace.
What you will do.
- Manage, develop, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and Exchange.
- Translate user needs into concrete solutions and carefully implement changes.
- Coordinate changes and releases with a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- Draft functional specifications and guide acceptance tests.
- Monitor continuity and availability from a user and process perspective.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and liaise with the MSP in case of disruptions.
- Ensure clear communication with users and support colleagues in using Microsoft 365.
- Work closely with various suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in projects and contribute to the ongoing digitalization of the organization.
Profile
- Analytical and service-oriented professional with a passion for digital workplaces.
- Demonstrable experience as a functional administrator within Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with the administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange), Copilot, and Purview.
- Knowledge of BISL and basic knowledge of ITIL/ASL.
- Experience with change management, incident management, and user support.
- Experience with Stakeholder management.
- Insight into business processes and translating them into IT solutions.
- Experience with stakeholder communication and stakeholder management within a larger organization.
