For a leading player in the space and defense sector, we are looking for an experienced FPGA Engineer for a challenging assignment.
What you do
- FPGA design and development for space and defense applications
- RTL design in VHDL and/or Verilog, from specification to implementation
- Simulation, verification, and testbench development
- Timing closure, synthesis, and place & route
- Hardware integration and testing, in close collaboration with hardware and software teams
- Preparation of technical documentation according to applicable standards
What they ask
- Extensive experience as an FPGA Engineer, preferably in space, defense
- Strong knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog
- Experience with AMD/Xilinx and/or Microchip FPGAs (e.g., RTG4, PolarFire, Kintex)
- Experience with simulation tools such as QuestaSim/ModelSim
- Knowledge of ECSS or DO-254 standards is a strong asset
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English
