What you will do.
- First point of contact for student teams, employees, and visitors.
- Organizing meetings, events, and work visits, both internal and external.
- Managing the manager's mailbox and agenda.
- Performing various administrative tasks related to, for example, human resources and finance.
- Supporting student teams with practical matters.
- Good collaboration with the employee team and internal services.
- Ensuring a smoothly running and inspiring work environment.

- Energetic and customer-oriented Management Assistant with a professional appearance.

- Works accurately, sets priorities, and structures information and administrative processes.
- Acts with integrity and diligence due to the confidentiality of data.

- MBO-level education, preferably in a secretarial or administrative direction.
- Experience as a management assistant or in a similar supporting role, preferably in an organizationally complex organization.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Digitally proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office.
- Quickly adapts to new systems and programs.
