- Make warm introductions to sports brands or agencies you already know
- Create credible initial conversations
- Step back while the team handles strategy, creative, production
- No pitching decks, proposals, or account management
Profile
- A senior connector with an established, active network across sport: brands, sponsors, and the agencies working in it
- Trusted and respected, so people take your calls
- Commercially aware, understanding how creative and production services fit into larger brand and marketing strategies
- Independent, valuing autonomy, flexibility, and outcome-based compensation
Practical aspects.
- Commission-only (uncapped) with a clear structure tied to closed work
- High-ticket projects, typically ranging from €25k to €300k+
- A long-term focus, built around relationships, not quick wins
- Success is defined by a small number of high-quality introductions that turn into real conversations, not volume or activity. There are no quotas.
