You will work in a cross-functional team responsible for more than 10 applications, all developed for partners. You will work on backend-related topics within the organization's transformation and migration roadmap. You will help define solutions to achieve a high-quality end-to-end IT solution that provides an excellent user experience for partners.
What you do
- Perform technical analyses based on functional requirements and architectural guidelines
- Prepare and document technical designs, service mappings, and implementation choices
- Analyze and document existing backend solutions and integrations to support transformation and migration initiatives
- Act as a technical point of contact for assigned initiatives and ensure alignment between business requirements, architecture
- Support developers by providing clear instructions and clarifying technical questions during implementation
- Analyze and help resolve incidents and reported issues to ensure application availability for end-users
- Monitor and support the application domain to ensure business reliability and continuity
- Define technical validation criteria and provide guidelines for unit testing to ensure the quality and maintainability of the solution
- Contribute to projects and changes within agreed scope, timing, and quality expectations
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, daily stand-ups, reviews
- Follow technological evolutions and apply existing technical patterns and standards
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent by experience
- You can bridge the gap between analysis, architecture
- You possess strong analytical skills and work accurately
- You are structured, results-oriented, and can plan your work carefully
- You are solution-oriented and dare to question current working methods when necessary
- You communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
- You are a team player with a customer-oriented mindset
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to learn existing and new technologies
What they ask
- Experience with technical analysis and technical documentation within a structured IT environment
- Good knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration patterns
- Experience with an Agile way of working and Azure DevOps
Desired skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft.NET, C#, SQL Server
- Experience with service design, mapping, interface analysis, or application integration
- Experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, XML tools, or SOAP/REST testing tools
- Experience with maintaining existing applications and supporting third-line incidents
- Experience within large corporate environments, as well as insight into structured processes and complex decision-making structures
- Relevant experience with AI and the ability to efficiently use AI to reverse-engineer existing code modules, support technical analyses, and apply AI best practices reliably and responsibly
- AZ-900 certificate or willingness to obtain this certificate
- Knowledge of insurance
