As a Service Technician, you are responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing medical devices. You primarily work independently from home and travel to clients in your region. You directly contribute to healthcare professionals being able to rely on technology every day.
What you will do.
- Perform periodic and preventive maintenance on proprietary medical equipment.
- Analyze technical problems and provide a quick and professional solution to the client.
- Install new machines and ensure they are commissioned correctly and safely.
- Advise clients by providing explanations and practical advice on the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate closely with fellow service technicians to assist clients professionally and efficiently.
- Identify technical improvement points and contribute to optimizing service delivery.
Profile
- An MBO-3 diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or comparable relevant work experience.
- An independent and practical work attitude.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- A representative and committed attitude towards clients.
- A good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driving license B and willingness to travel to clients.
- Affinity with medical technology or technology within healthcare is a plus.
