An experienced lead practitioner is sought for the outpatient clinics of a specialized care institution.
- The assignment involves a GZ Psychologist or Orthopedagogue Generalist who wishes to contribute to the continuity of care.
- Self-employed (ZZP) engagement is also an option.
What you will do.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to support clients with mild intellectual disabilities and psychiatric and/or behavioral problems.
- Conduct diagnostics, indication setting, observations, and risk analyses.
- Provide psychotherapeutic interventions such as EMDR, schema therapy, or CBT.
- Act as a lead practitioner and work closely with social psychiatric nurses (SPVs) and the treatment team.
- Work with clients who require resilience and creative solutions.
Profile
- Completed academic degree in psychology.
- BIG-registered GZ Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or certified Orthopedagogue Generalist.
- Strong in multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Resilient, flexible, able to relativize, takes initiative, involved, and open personality.
- Knowledge and experience with laws and regulations concerning healthcare.
- Experience in adapting treatment forms to the individual client with specific needs.
- A proactive, driving force, and pleasant person to work with.
