Prevention Advisor
A care organization with over 1200 clients and 900 employees is looking for a prevention advisor. The organization offers daily, residential, and individual support to children, adolescents, and adults with an (intellectual) disability. You will contribute to a safe, healthy, and pleasant working environment for colleagues and clients. You will support the management, supervisors, and teams with expert advice to build a strong safety culture.
What you will do.
- Perform and update risk analyses
- Investigate work accidents and incidents and formulate concrete prevention measures
- Conduct safety rounds at various locations and actively think about improvements
- Contribute to the drafting, monitoring, and evaluation of the Global Prevention Plan (GPP) and the Annual Action Plan (AAP)
- Monitor the safety and conformity of work equipment, infrastructure, and protective equipment
- Participate in and prepare dossiers for the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPW)
- Work closely with the external service for prevention and protection at work
- Organize information sessions and guided tours on prevention-related themes

Profile
- Knowledge of or experience within the sector is a plus
- Willingness to further develop through Level I training is a plus

- Ability to translate legislation and procedures in an understandable and accessible way to the workplace
- Analytical view combined with strong communication skills
