Quality Coordinator

You are a quality professional who is energized by analyzing data, improving processes, and increasing food safety. You want to make a significant contribution to the quality of products and processes within a dynamic production environment. As a Quality Coordinator, you are responsible for safeguarding and continuously improving food safety, quality, and hygiene within the chain.

You work closely with operations, chain specialists, and the Center of Expertise (CoE) to achieve quality improvements and elevate processes to a higher level.

What you do

  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and translate findings into concrete improvement actions.
  • Initiate and support quality improvement projects within the chain.
  • Contribute to the translation of laws, regulations, and quality standards into practical working methods.
  • Monitor and optimize the quality system, ensuring it remains current, effective, and future-proof.
  • Participate in drafting and maintaining quality policy, procedures, and documentation.
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate annual plans in the areas of quality, sampling, and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with technologists and operational teams to achieve product and process improvements.
  • Coach and support colleagues within operations in carrying out quality responsibilities.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding quality.

Profile

  • HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
  • Specialized knowledge in the field of quality, food safety, or a comparable discipline.
  • Experience within a production environment is a plus.
  • Experience with quality processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into concrete actions.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
