You will help a retail organization advance with the rollout of a new ERP system, the smart software that will connect all store processes. In this temporary role, you will be the face of this change in the stores. The ERP system brings together all important processes: from inventory management and orders to logistics and commercial activities. You will show employees how this new system makes work easier and how it contributes to a smoothly running store.
You will guide teams step by step and ensure that everyone feels confident with the new system. Thanks to your communicative strength and ability to build support, you will naturally guide employees through the change. You remain calm under pressure, adapt flexibly to what happens on the shop floor, and always keep the end result in sharp focus. You work intensively with store managers, store teams, the project team, and colleagues from ICT, supply chain, and commerce.
Together, you ensure that the implementation not only runs smoothly but also truly adds value for entrepreneurs, employees, and customers.
What you will do.
- Guide stores and teams with a strict implementation plan during preparation, stages, go-live
- Train employees, answer questions, and ensure that processes and manuals are truly adopted in the store
- Provide direct support for problems and act quickly to keep everything running smoothly
- Report progress to the project leader and contribute ideas for improvements and smart solutions
- Support other projects or store operations during periods without implementations
Profile
- Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level
- Experience on the shop floor, for example as a supermarket manager, store assistant, or team leader
