Within this assignment, you will manage multiple projects in various phases: from initiation and development to implementation and release. The projects focus on various technical components within the Identity & Access chain that are being upgraded, modified, or phased out. Due to their interdependence, this is a dynamic and complex environment where processes, working methods, and information flows can also change.
What you do
- Prepare business cases, project plans, plans of approach, and other project documentation
- Systematically manage project teams and monitor capacity, quality
- Actively involve administrators in project activities and ensure a smooth handover to operations
- Coach and guide administrators and project staff
- Monitor and report project results, risks
- Coordinate with project and management responsibles and other stakeholders
- Prioritize and coordinate activities within multiple parallel projects
- Provide management and steering information
- Guide implementations and secure project results
- Share knowledge and contribute to the further professionalization of project management within IAM
What they ask
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience with a comparable eCF profile or a similar role
- At least a completed HBO/Bachelor degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferably, demonstrable work experience with IAM (Identity & Access Management)
- Preferably, extensive demonstrable work experience in the requested role within the eCF profile and the assignment description
