What you will do. You will work as a nurse within a unit where residents with long-term psychological vulnerability reside. You will combine nursing care with psychosocial support and work closely with colleagues within a multidisciplinary team. You will work in an environment where calm, structure, and professional proximity are central, in a rotating shift system with early, late, and weekend shifts.
- Perform nursing tasks within your area of expertise
- Guide and support residents in various life domains such as living, leisure, health
- Observe the psychological and physical well-being of residents
- Report carefully, ensure good handover, and support the continuity of care within the team
- Take on administrative tasks where necessary
Profile
- Diploma as a graduated nurse or basic nurse
- Experience with or affinity for long-term psychological vulnerability is an asset
- Attention to the living world of residents and their network
- Work from a recovery-oriented vision, with attention to client participation and empowerment
- Socially skilled and stress-resistant
- Work independently and in a team, and take responsibility
- Observe sharply and report carefully
- Good administrative skills
- Combine authenticity with professionalism and critically reflect on your actions
- Endorse values such as respect, professionalism, client-orientation, quality
