What you will do.
- Guide young people on their path to independence.
- Ensure peace and structure during night shifts, together with colleagues.
- Provide support where necessary and maintain calm within the group.
- Participate in team meetings, intervision, and/or training during the day (a few times a month).

- Minimum of an MBO level 4 diploma (vocational education) in an agogic field, such as Social Work, Personal social care supervisor, Specific target group supervisor, or Pedagogical employee.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
