What you will do. Your mission within the support services organization will consist of:
- Guiding and supporting field teams in improving GMP compliance and HSE standards (quality, risks, training, documentation).
- Supporting the deployment of Operational Excellence in interface with QA, production, maintenance, qualification/validation, methods, and HSE teams.
- Defining and monitoring the department's roadmap, as well as objectives and performance indicators (Hoshin, BSC, KPI).
- Facilitating field rituals (Gemba, 5S, Tier meetings, Safety Walks) to optimize processes.
- Promoting continuous improvement and structuring risk reporting (quality, safety, business).
- Training and supporting teams in changes and good practices.
- Ensuring the application of HSE rules and strengthening the quality culture.
Profile
- Higher education (engineer or equivalent) in quality, production, process engineering, project management, or industrial disciplines.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in French (English appreciated).
- Strong analytical capacity, particularly in identifying causes of non-conformities.
- Capable of influencing and implementing changes in the field.
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable transforming concepts into concrete and effective actions.
- Team spirit with the ability to evolve in a transversal environment.
Practical
The strict eligibility conditions for this program are as follows:
- Be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area.
- Not have worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place.
- Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time.
- If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in good standing with France's national service obligations (Numéro Identifiant Défense).
- Have a clean criminal record.
